• Technical information: basic device or website/App usage information, where collected by the relevant service or technology.

Please provide only information relevant to registration, membership, programme participation, or communication with Club LOKA.

We use parent, guardian, and child information for Club LOKA service purposes, including:

• registering members and enabling App account creation and login;
• administering membership, programme enrolment, events, and library services;
• communicating with parents or guardians about their ward’s enrolment and related information;
• sharing updates about Club LOKA programmes, events, library services, and upcoming brand news;
• responding to enquiries and providing member support; and
• operating and protecting our website, App, and Services, and meeting legal requirements.

We do not use a child’s information for unrelated purposes without the consent or other lawful basis required by applicable law.

3. Children’s information and parental consent

The App may contain information about parents or guardians and children enrolled in Club LOKA programmes. A parent or legal guardian must provide the child’s information and any consent required for its use. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate and updated when necessary.

Parents or guardians may contact us to ask about a child’s information, request a correction, or raise a concern about its use. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
